Jet Ski and Water Sports Rental Agreement
Welcome to Yalla's Jet Ski and Water Sports Experience. Our commitment to safety, enjoyment, and responsible recreation is paramount. These terms and conditions are designed to ensure a safe, memorable, and hassle-free adventure for all our customers.
Financial Terms
Rental Payment
Rental amount must be paid in full in advance. This ensures a smooth and uninterrupted experience for our customers.
Safety Regulations
Life Jacket Requirement
Wearing a life jacket is mandatory for all riders. This is a non-negotiable safety requirement to protect our customers.
Authorized Operators
Only the person listed on the rental contract may operate the Jet Ski. This ensures accountability and safety.
Water Depth Restrictions
Do not drive in water less than 1 meter deep to prevent potential sand or debris damage to the equipment.
Liability and Damages
Damage Responsibility
The lessee is fully responsible for all damages and accidents. Specific charges apply for different types of damage:
- AED 1,000/day + repair costs for Jet Ski damage
- AED 2,000 for water engine damage or equipment sinking
- AED 250 for lost keys
- AED 1,000/day if Jet Ski is detained by coast guard or police
Eligibility and Restrictions
Age Restrictions
Minimum age requirements:
- Jet Ski: 16 years and older
- Flyboard: 18 years and older
Restricted Participation
Not allowed for:
- Pregnant women
- Individuals under the influence of alcohol
- Individuals under the influence of drugs
